【摘要】:ThispartofCISPR16dealswithinsituelectromagneticdisturbancemeasurementsinanyenvironmentfromphysicallylargeequipmentandsystemsexcludingnetworks.Itcoversbothradiatedandconductedemissionphenomena,anddoesnotdealwithimmunitytests.Thistechnicalreportisintendedtobeappliedprimarilytosuchphysicallylargeequipmentwhicharenotunderthescopeofanyexistingemissionstandards(asforexampleCISPR11andCISPR22).Itservesonlyasaguidelineonhowtodealwithemissionsofthatequipmentattheparticularlocationofinstallation.Itdoesnotestablishanyemissionrequirements.NOTE1Althoughthistechnicalreportisintendedtobeappliedtoequipmentwhichisnotunderthescopeofanyexistingemissionstandards,itmaybeusedalsoinsuchcasesinordertoserveasadditionalinformationforcarryingoutinsitumeasurementsforanytypeoflargeequipment.NOTE2Examplesoflargeequipmentare:productionmachines,conveyors,largedisplays,aircraftsimulators,trafficcontrolequipment,etc.Duetothesevereimpactoftheconditionsexistingataparticularlocationofoperationandtheuseoftherespectivelargeequipment,however,itisnotintendedtousethemeasurementsintheframeoftypetesting.NOTE3Ingeneral,typetestingonlargeequipmentisonlypossibleatstandardizedtestsitesinacontrolledenvironment.Theassessmentresultsobtainedunderinsituconditionsareonlyvalidfortherespectiveindividuallargeequipmentactuallymeasuredatitsparticularplaceofinstallation.Theseresultscannotbetransposedtootherequipmentofthesametype,butinstalledatotherlocations.Referencein-situmeasurementdistanceswillbegiven.Thisallowscomparisonofthemeasurementresultswithlimitsfromexistingrelevantstandards.Thefrequencyrangeunderconsiderationisfrom9kHzto18GHz.Dealingwithbiologicaleffectsonlivingmatterisexcludedfromthisdocument.
