【摘要】:AnyROPSmeetingtheperformancerequirementofISO5700(StaticROPSTestStandard)orISO3468(DynamicROPSTestStandard)meetstheperformancerequirementsofthisSAEStandardiftheROPStemperature/materialandseatbeltrequirementsofthisdocumentarealsomet.Fulfillmentoftheintendedpurposerequirestestingasfollows:Atemperature-materialrequirmenet.Thiscanbesatisfiedbyusingtheappropriatematerialsorbyperforminganyofthestructuralperformancetestsat-18degreesC.Alaboratorytest,underrepeatableandcontrolledloading,topermitanaysisoftheROPSforcompliancewiththeperformancerequirementsofthisdocument.Eitherthestatictestsequenceortheimpacttestsequenceshallbeconducted.Asetbeltanchoragetest.Thetestproceduresandperformancerequirementsoutlinedinthisdocumentarebasedoncurrentlyavailableengineeringdata.Thepurposeofthisdocumentistoestablishthetestandperformancerequirementsofaroll-overprotectivestructure(ROPS),designedforwheeledagriculturaltractorstominimizethefrequencyandseverityofoperatorinjuryresultingfromaccidentaltractorupset.
