【摘要】:ThisPart9ofthestandardEN71forsafetyoftoysspecifiesrequirementsforthemigrationorcontentofcertainhazardousorganicchemicalcompoundsfrom/incertaintoysandmaterial(seeTable1)bythefollowingexposureroutes:-mouthing-ingestion-skincontact-eyecontact-inhalationwhenusedasintendedorinaforeseeableway,bearinginmindthenormalbehaviourofchildrenandthefunctionanddesignofthetoy.Thisstandarddoesnotcontainrequirementsforchemicaltoys,experimentalsetsorfinger-paints,whichareaddressedbyotherpartsofEN71.Packagingmaterialsusedwithtoysarenotwithinthescopeofthestandardunlesstheyformpartofthetoyorhaveintendedplayvalue.
