【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC19795:?definesacommonbiometricaccesscontrolscenarioforuseinscenarioevaluationofbiometricverificationsystems;?providesagradingschemeforexpressingquantitativebiometricsystemrequirementsandperformancelevels;?providesacommonbasisforconductingscenarioevaluationstodemonstratethatspecifiedperformancegradesarebeingachievedwhichisadaptabletoparticulartestingfacilitiesandtospecificbiometricsystems.ThispartofISO/IEC19795isapplicabletoperformancetestingofbiometricsystemswithoutdetailedknowledgeofthecomparisonalgorithmsoroftheunderlyingdistributionofbiometriccharacteristicsinthepopulationofinterest.Theminimumfalseacceptrate(FAR)testedbythispartofISO/IEC19795is0.1%.IfalowerFARisrequired,customizedtesting(outsidethescopeofthispartofISO/IEC19795)mightbeappropriate,andneedstobefullycompliantwithISO/IEC19795-2.ThispartofISO/IEC19795addressestestingabiometricsystemforphysicalaccesscontrol,andthesuitabilityofthetestingforlogicalaccessdevicesneedstobedeterminedonacase-by-casebasis.NotwithinthescopeofthispartofISO/IEC19795isthemeasurementoferrorandthroughputratesforpeopledeliberatelytryingtocircumventcorrectrecognitionbythebiometricsystem(i.e.activeimpostors).Inaddition,thispartofISO/IEC19795doesnotassessthefollowing:?reliability,availabilityandmaintainability;?security,includingvulnerability;?humanfactors,includinguseracceptance;?environmentalimpacts;?safety;?cost/benefit/suitability;?privacyregulationcompliance.Theseassessmentsaretheresponsibilityoftheprocuringauthority.
